Timothy Russell
Tim Russell is the Senior Pastor & Chief Executive Officer of Word 2 Heart Ministries. Through prayer, worship and praise he teaches parishioners how to seek God so they may understand their purpose and calling in Christ Jesus.
Pastor Tim is the keeper of the vision at Word 2 Heart. God has given him the assignment to raise up Apostles, Prophets, Teachers, Evangelists and Pastors from the back row to the front row, with the Holy purpose of Kingdom building and for the glory of God.

JR Christian is the Chief Financial Officer of Word 2 Heart. She oversees the receivables and paybles of Word 2 Heart. She works closely with attorneys working on behalf of Word 2 Heart.
In addition, JR is one of the associate Pastors at Word 2 Heart Ministries.

Karen Young-Daniel
Karen Young-Daniel is the Chief Administrative Officer at Word 2 Heart. Her and her staff support every company and ministry of Word 2 Heart, making sure they are in compliance with both the vision and the laws of the land.
In addition, Karen is one of the associate Pastors at Word 2 Heart Ministries. She specializes in teaching and training the Saints of God in spiritual warefare, addiction deliverance, conflict resolution, marriage clinics and end times prophesy. She is a mother and servant, who has been called to provide nurturing, compassion and intercessory prayer to God’s people.

Diane Young is the Chief Operating Officer at Word 2 Heart Ministries. She oversees every ministry and business of Word 2 Heart to make sure they are in line with the overall vision of the corporation.

Clarence Henderson
Clarence Henderson is the Chief Facility Officer at Word 2 Heart. His staff is responsible for the general welfare and upkeep of all Word 2 Heart's facilities.
In addition, Clarence travels with Pastor Tim to all ministerial engagements, both home and abroad, handling various duties in an effort to protect the integrity of Pastor Tim and Word 2 Heart.

Nicole Maker is the Director of Evangelism at Word 2 Heart. Nicole instructs teams and/or individuals on how to win souls to the Lord Jesus Christ through the Word of God via prayer, love, effective and strategic listening.
Nicole and her staff takes the Word of God to the street as she prays for the homeless and disenfranchised, passes out blankets, food and clothing. The tools used to accomplish spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ is Street Team Witnessing, Door to Door Witnessing and Feeding and Supplying the Multitudes

Charletha Moore is one of the Praise and Worship leaders with Word 2 Heart. She is committed to the "Vision" of Word 2 Heart by operating in the gifts of Healing, Intercession and Prophecy for the edification of the body. Most departments are supported as needed.

Lamar is the Director of Joyful Noise, which is the music band at Word 2 Heart. Lamar is responsible for the music at Word 2 Heart lining up to the Vision of the ministry, which includes "vertically worshipping God". He works closely with the worship leaders of Word 2 Heart.

Edward Moore (Minister Eddie) is a Pastor in training at Word 2 Heart. Eddie also serves as a member of the evangelism team at Word 2 Heart. This team is comprised of individuals committed to winning souls to Jesus Christ unto the glory of God.

Ayesha, also known as "JayPowell" is one of the Praise and Worship Leaders at Word 2 Heart. She is also the Director of the Dance Ministry (Judah) and currently oversees the Word 2 Heart Nursery.
Ayesha operates in the gifts of Intercession and Healing. She is dedicated and committed to the "vision" and the "vision keeper" of Word 2 Heart, and her most passionate ministry is that of a wife and mother!

Michele Harper is responsible for the coordination of activities implemented by the Word 2 Heart Hospitality Committee. Some of the Hospitality Committee activities are feeding the parishioners, after Word 2 Heart services, and catering Word 2 Heart fellowship gatherings.
