We Believe that there are three that bear record in Heaven: The Father, The Word and The Holy Spirit. We believe that these three are one, establishing an eternal Godhead (1 John 5:7).
We Believe in God the Father, the author and creator of all things. We believe that God the Father is the first person of the Godhead, the creator of the universe, the world and all that is within and without, having all power, knowledge and wisdom. We believe that God's love was shown towards man when He gave His only begotten Son to become sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God and through His Son, have eternal life (John 3:16).
We Believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God. We believe in Jesus as the Word of God that became flesh and died on the cross, was buried and on the third day was raised from the dead by God the Father with all power. We believe in Jesus as both Lord and Savior. We believe that no one has access to the Father except by Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9-13; St. John 1:1-5).
We Believe in the Holy Spirit as the Comforter given to every believer. We believe that Holy Spirit receives of the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ and reveals the Divine Will to every believer (St. John 14:16-17; 16:13-15). We believe that the Holy Spirit empowers every believer to be witnesses of the gospel of Jesus Christ (Acts 1:8). We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:4-11) and we believe that each gift is necessary in the lives of believers and these gifts play an imperative role when the body of Christ comes together to fellowship.
We Believe that man by nature is sinful and unholy. We believe man must be born again, sanctified and cleansed from all sin by the blood of Jesus (St. John 3:3-8). We further believe that salvation takes place when we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and open the door to our hearts to the Lord Jesus (Romans 10:9-11; Revelation 3:20-22).
We Believe in the three works of grace: Justification (Romans 5:16-18), Regeneration (2 Corinthians 5:17; Titus 3:5) and Sanctification (2 Thessalonians 2:13).
We Believe in worship and praise as an essential part of our relationship with God and the Lord Jesus Christ (John4:21-24).
We Believe in the fellowship of believers as necessary for spiritual growth and strength in their personal lives (Hebrews 10:14-15).
We Believe in the importance of the Word of God being taught by God’s anointed and gifted men and women (Romans 10:14-15).
We Believe that the Ministry of Reconciliation is the call of every child of God (Matthew 28:18-20; 2 Corinthians 5:17-20).
We Believe in Baptism of both Spirit and Water. We believe in Water Baptism by all Christians who profess to embrace the Christian faith. Each person professing Christ is immersed in water as public confession of their faith in Jesus, the Savior. This act is in direct obedience to the mandate of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:16-20). We believe in Spirit Baptism as necessary in empowering and incorporating believers into the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:13-27; Ephesians 1:23 & 4-12; Colossians 1:24).
We Believe in the partaking of Holy Communion (The Lord’s Supper) as symbolic to the body and blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We believe this ordinance memorializes the death of the Lord Jesus and anticipates His second coming (1 Corinthians 11:20-24; Matthew 16:26-29; Acts 2:42).
